At this Meetup I have been asked to talk a little about my music and health initiative (www.musicalwellness.com), which provides a broad range of community music programming, including programs for seniors and shut-ins in hospitals and group homes.

The other guest speaker will be MARK STEPHENSON, local designer and visual artist who will talk about about his recent projects and about how one can participate in the visual arts in Ottawa. Mark is winner of the 2013 Ottawa Art Battle (http://artbattle.ca/category/ottawa/) which took place at Arts Court last fall.

The host for the evening is Mr. Kim Lymburner

There will be an opportunity to chat and network with all the participants.

Location is the 2nd floor of the UOttawa/Minto Sports Complex bottom of King Edward - enter on Mann. Parking on 2nd level is free in spaces marked "Draft Pub." Other parking spots are pay and display.
